Adult counselling

 Process

After contacting me, with a brief outline of what you are looking for and what area you live in, we will arrange an initial 30-minute assessment meeting.

In this initial assessment session I will introduce myself, you can expand on what you are struggling with and we can discuss if what I offer you coincides with what you are looking for. If we both agree it feels right, we will then sign an agreement to begin our weekly or fortnightly sessions atthe most suitable day and time.

After this, we can begin our counselling relationship for as long as you feel you would like to engage. Some clients prefer short term interventions (6-8 sessions), whilst others prefer an open ended approach.
